Measure the distance from the fan discharge tube, after the unit is clamped down to

the ceiling. This is dimension “A”

Add 15mm which is the overlap distance of the extension duct over the

fan tube.

Extension duct length is therefore A + 15 mm = “D”

Cut the extension duct to this length. See Fig 9

Fit the circular duct to the fan discharge tube engaging the notch over the fan cable.
